Bioactivity Of Esculetin
Description: esculetin is an active ingredient mainly extracted from the bark of Fraxinus rhynchophylla. Esculetin inhibits platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) - induced phenotypic transformation of airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs) by inhibiting PI3K / Akt pathway. Esculetin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.
