Preparation of Panaxadiol
The latest preparation method of ginseng extract is as follows: 100g of 5 ~ 6-year-old people are crushed and stirred into mud, 400ml of 90% ethanol is added, soaked and stirred for one day and night, filtered, and 300ml of 90% ethanol is added to the filter residue for the second extraction. Combine the two filtrates and evaporate the ethanol in the evaporator, leaving about 4G of concentrate. Add 150ml of 60% in the concentrate, stir to dissolve, filter and remove the insoluble matter. Concentrate the filtrate to 5-10ml, add 60ml of water, extract it with 80ml of ether for 3 times in the separating funnel, combine the ether layer, add 50ml of 6% sodium bicarbonate solution, shake fully, stand for layering, take the ether layer and wash it with distilled water to neutral. Then the ether is removed by evaporator until the ether is completely distilled, and the obtained ginseng extract.
