Ophiopogonin D is a CYP2J3 inducer that increases CYP2J2 / eets and PPAR in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) α The expression of Ang II significantly inhibited Ang II induced NF- κ B nuclear translocation, I κ B α Down regulation, intracellular Ca2 + overload and activation of proinflammatory cytokines.
