Swertiajaponin
Use of Swertiajaponin
Swertiajaponin is a tyrosinase inhibitor. It combines with tyrosinase to form multiple hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions. IC50 value is 43.47 μ M。 Swertiajaponin can also reduce tyrosinase protein level by inhibiting MAPK/MITF signal mediated by oxidative stress. Swertiajaponin can inhibit melanin accumulation and has strong antioxidant activity.
